It has come to my attention that there were a number of people that were by our men’s mesiba Purim night that are found to be positive for the corona virus. Therefore, as per the recommendations of the doctors in our community, anyone that was at the mesiba should self quarantine for the remainder of the 14 day period since then. (We are already a week into the quarantine period, begining March 24th it will be lifted)
We should also be extra vigilant to avoid contact during that period with any elderly person or anyone with a compromised health situation.
I am personally going to adhere to this quarantine
I strongly recommend that anyone there that night do the same
Our avoda right now is to take the necessary steps for the protection of our brothers and sisters. By all of us staying home and waiting it out, we are making a loud statement that we care about klal Yisroel. This is a unique opportunity that may only come once in a lifetime.
Bezras Hashem, in that zechus and in the zchus of our tefillos, we will see refuos to all of Klal Yisroel and the world.
