A Letter From Chosen Island to the Community

1

As of close of business, Tuesday 3/31/20, I have asked my staff at Cho-Sen Island, 367 Central Avenue, Lawrence, to cease all work (until the authorities feel it is safe to return), so that they may go home to be with their families. Many of our loyal staff have young children and elderly parents who need them in their homes.
Thank G-d, all of our staff remained healthy and energetic as they responded to every request from our many customers over these intense few weeks. We took every precaution possible to insure the community’s safety. My deepest thanks to Yunice, our Mashgichim, Chefs and our tireless staff-as Yunice would say “BARUCH HASHEM”!

To our loyal customers, through every challenge over the past 27 years, I have never regretted the overwhelming work that it has taken to build and sustain our dear Cho-Sen Island. The reason you all feel like our family is because you are and we are forever grateful for your priceless support. We look forward to serving you for many years to come with G-d’s blessings.
May Hashem guard your comings and goings. May Hashem bring healing to those stricken with illness and strength to their families; comfort to those who have lost family and friends; unending strength and success to those who risk their lives to help others.
Respectfully,
Neil
