A last attempt lawsuit brought by Agudath Israel of America to overturn Governor Cuomo’s newests restrictions has been unsuccessful. Governor Cuomo’s new guidelines will be in effect over Yom Tov. The official restrictions begun this morning.
The Agudah says it will regroup after Yom Tov and determine its next steps.

Follow the law, obey the rules so we can all be free of restrictions. It’s a Public Health emergency during a global pandemic which gives the governor the right to enforce restrictions when people don’t follow them!
