NY Gov. Cuomo announced on Wednesday that neighborhoods may exit red zone status if they remain below 3% infection rate for 10 days, orange zone status if they remain below 2% infection rate for 10 days, and yellow zone status if they remain below 1.5% infection rate for 10 days.
Additionally, Far Rockaway and Central Queens have been lowered from Red Zone to Yellow Zone. South Brooklyn remains Red.

Yellow Zones allow Houses of Worship up to 50% capacity & Mass Gatherings up to 25 people maximum, indoor and outdoor.
