Breaking: Denver Police have arrested 4 out of the 5 suspects involved in the murder of Shmuel Silverberg. Seth James Larhode, 21, Isaiah James Freeman, 18, Aden Sides, 18, and Noah Loepp-Hall, 19, are all in custody facing multiple charges.
Denver Police identified the remaining suspect and are working to locate him. His identity will be announced once he is in custody.
The police stated the following: “At this time in the investigation, it appears that the victims were targeted at random. Therefore, the homicide near the Yeshiva Toras Chaim does not appear to be bias-motivated. However, if evidence is discovered that it was, the Denver Police Department will work with the Denver District Attorney’s Office on adding appropriate charges.”
We continue to send our condolences to those who were impacted by these terrible crimes,” said Chief Paul M. Pazen. ..The suspects were taken into custody after Denver Police investigators. members of our Crime Lab, the Denver Distinct Attorney’s Office, and local and federal partners worked tirelessly during the past 36 hours to identify and arrest these suspects. Violence will not be tolerated in Denver.”
At this time, the probable cause statements are sealed, and the booking photos are being held for pending lineups.

There have been conflicting reports that suggest the Yeshiva was specifically targeted by the gunmen (see below). At this time the investigation remains ongoing and Police are still sticking to initial reports that the Yeshiva was part of a random crime spree. We hope and pray that all involved are brought to justice.

Not the first time — how was he out of Jail?!
So tragic that a young innocent boy was shot for no reason at all except that he was Jewish! There wasn’t a street fight or a robbery….just hatred towards a Jew. What is happening to this Country? Why are we sitting back and allowing this to happen. We don’t protest…we don’t loot….we don’t boycott….but we unfortunately are the targets. So horrific! If it wasn’t Anti-Semetic then it was a sad joke or a dare which should never have happened!
