HORRIFIC TRAGEDY: Harav Shmiel Duvid Weissmandel, son of Michoel Ber Weissmandel, 69, of the Neitre Chassidus, passed away last night after being swept into water during yesterday’s floodwater near the Tappan Zee Bridge.
