With profound sorrow, we record the passing of Tuvia Levkovich, a”h beloved husband of Barbara and beloved father of Zahava Goldschmidt, Talia Fried and Arel Levkovich.
The funeral will take place Sunday, October 3rd at 9:30am.
Boulevard- Riverside Chapels, 1450 Broadway, Hewlett.
Family requests that everyone proceeds directly to Chapel upon arrival.
Burial in Israel at Har Hamenuchot, Jerusalem. Monday, October 4th approx. 12:30pm
(approx. 2 hours after landing of ELAL flight 14).
Shiva information:
Shiva will be observed through Friday afternoon, October 8th.
Barbara will be available during shiva by phone only from Monday-Thursday 10am-12pm, 3:30pm-5:30pm and 7:00pm-8:30pm. She can be reached at 516-603-2030.

Monday- Thursday 9:30am-11:30am, 12:30pm-5:00pm and 7:00pm-9:30pm
Friday: 9:30am-11:30am and 12:30pm-2:30pm
Talia and Arel will be returning from Israel and starting Tuesday morning.
