Agudah Sends Letter to CEO of Lufthansa Regarding Disturbing Targeting of Jews

1

Agudath Israel of America sent a letter to Carsten Spohr, CEO of Lufthansa, regarding disturbing accounts of what allegedly transpired on May 4 at the Frankfurt airport. Passengers who were visibly Jewish were prevented by Lufthansa personnel from continuing their trip.

“Testimony that our organization heard directly, as well as video recordings of interactions between passengers and
Lufthansa personnel, seem to support the accusation that people were being punished because they shared ethnicity and religion with the alleged rule violators”.

  1. GREAT letter. Not many would apologize for the reaction to this antisemitic act, by staff/pilot/security and corporate. The written response from Corporate posted in the previous article is dismissive/disgusting. Those that are antisemitic and can demonstrate such negative conduct refuse to listen, they just act despicably! Lawsuits, boycotts will hurt their bottom line and unfortunately only then, they might reconsider their horrible, illegal and antisemitic conduct.
