A bold and brazen burglary of a Miami Beach home was caught on camera. It was late Shabbos morning when the family’s 12-year-old son came home and realized his house had been robbed.

Video shows the crooks, dressed as Orthodox Jews, approached the mid-Miami Beach home on Shabbos. They rang the doorbell, but no one was home because they were all in Shul. They then were able to break-in and completely rob the home.

Around $300,000-worth of watches, jewelry and handbags, according to police, all taken.

“They went straight to our room and spent nine minutes in the house,” said the victim. “They took my luggage. One of them walked out even holding a purse.”

Miami Beach police have been working around the clock to solve this case. “it’s a serious crime,” said Miami Beach Police PIO Ernesto Rodriguez. “it’s something serious. “We are confident someone out there will recognize them,” said Rodriguez.

Anyone with information on the crime or who thinks they recognize the criminals in the video is urged to contact Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at 305-471-TIPS.
