Fourth Squad Detectives report the arrest of a Bronx man for Criminal Possession of a Weapon that occurred on Sunday, June 12, 2022 at 8:50 pm in Inwood.
According to Detectives, Officers observed a gray 2019 Jeep Compass traveling eastbound on Burnside Avenue failing to signal while changing lanes. Officers activated their emergency lights and conducted a Vehicle and Traffic Law stop. After a Police investigation was conducted, a loaded firearm was recovered from inside the vehicle. Gabriel E. Seale, 33, of 1265 Nelson Avenue was placed under arrest without incident.
Defendant Seale is charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Firearm 4th Degree, and Failure to Signal. He will be arraigned on Monday, June 13, 2022 at First District Court Hempstead.
Seale was previously arrested on 4/1/22 for Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree and Criminal Obstruction of Breathing. He was released without bail.
