Pinny Ringel, a beloved longtime askan, is the next Democratic District Leader of the 48th Assembly after winning yesterday’s election.
The ex-City Hall staffer beat incumbent David Schwartz in the race.
“I want to thank the voters of the 48th Assembly District for electing me as their next district leader!” Ringel wrote on Twitter. “Congratulations to my opponent David Schwartz on a hard fought race and for his past service to the community.”

Dont know much about him or the area just hope he does a good job but he should know the safety of everyone will be on his shoulders
