  2. Just read about Steven’s passing in the University of Maryland Dental School Alumni publication. Steven and I were lab partners and cubicle mates in Dental School because of our last names and spent the better part of our 4 years there next to each other. We were polar opposites but not a more gentle and kind man could I have chosen! We lost touch over the years but what an impressive career and accolades in all the write ups I’ve read. So very sorry to hear of his untimely passing. My sincere condolences to his wonderful family.
