Maccabeats Performing Tonight at The Knicks Game on Jewish Heritage Night

1

The Knicks celebrated Jewish Heritage day at the game on Sunday against the Cavaliers.

The Maccabeats began the night with a beautiful rendition of the Star-Spangled Banner, see footage below.

The local sports league, JSL, went as a group as guests of the Knicks. 10 boys from the league got to play a game on the court at halftime! They also got courtside passes for the Knicks’ pregame shootaround. Watch incredible footage below.

JSL is a local youth league offering soccer, basketball and hockey leagues for boys K-8th grade. You can see more info at 5tjsl.com

The Knicks also expressed gratitude to the UJA Federation of New York and Assemblywoman Nily Rozic for their advocacy and support for the Jewish community.

May be an image of 3 people, people standing, indoor and text that says 'UJA-Federation Federation Ten Thousand Dollars New York UJA UJAFederation ORK Federation NEW COR Memo: Jewish Heritage Night Donation $10,000 $10, BOV'

Former NY Knicks all-star Amar’e Stoudemire (Yahoshafat Ben Avraham) sat court-side and was given an honor at the game.
