Update regarding the work being done on Central and Beach 9th from Jon Gaska, Community Board 14.
Please note there will not be work done over Purim.
“According to our field team. At this location, we have an 8-inch sewer break that we are pumping around the clock.
We also need to do a shutdown to offset a water main to correct a back pitch in the sewer. As of right now, we have the super heading to the site to see if we can somehow get away with fluming the pipe and resuming the job late next week to avoid working during the holiday.”
