NYPD Hosts Annual High Holidays Security Meeting (Photos)

The NYPD held its annual meeting this week at 1 Police Plaza, NYPD headquarters, to discuss increased security measures as we approach the upcoming high holidays.

The meeting was joined by hundreds of political leaders, NYPD members, and local activists around the Tri-State areas.

NYPD issued the following statement following the successful meeting: “In preparation of the upcoming High Holidays, members of the Jewish community & officers gathered at One Police Plaza for a yearly security briefing. Together, the NYPD & community members will ensure a safe & enjoyable holiday across the city.”

The annual meeting once again shows the unbreakable bond between the Jewish communities and law enforcement. We thank all who attended the meeting and helped assist in its arrangement. May it be a safe Yom Tov season.
