“Syria is about to fall to Islamist rebels. It’s a big loss for Iran which is now perhaps at its weakest point since the Khomeini revolution. Watch now as Turkey flexes its muscles trying to take Iran’s place while clamping down on the Syrian Kurds. Jordan is now fearing destabilization on its border and ISIS undoubtedly is going to try a resurgence.
Israel will be watching all of this closely. Hopefully from a distance.
All of this demonstrates one indisputable point: Israel is the only stable nation in the Middle East. It is stable because it is a democracy founded upon the rule of law and Judeo-Christian values.
With all of Israel’s internal turmoil, it is emerging stronger than ever because of its founding principles. Far less turmoil has been enough to place all of Israel’s neighbors at risk.”
