Jan 11: Update on Rabbi Pesach Krohn from his family:

“B’siyata D’shmaya we have left Kessler rehabilitation Institute. Rabbi Krohn has improved beyond our expectations and we look forward to more progress.

We will be continuing his recuperation via home care.

Thank you for all your good wishes and especially for your Tefillos. We continue to be overwhelmed by the outpouring of Tehillim on our behalf.”

May we continue sharing Besuros Tovos!

Dec 26: Rebbetzin Krohn shared the following update:

“Both Rabbi Krohn and I are overwhelmed by the outpouring of Tefillos and Tehillim on his behalf at this time. Rabbi Krohn is in a top rehabilitation place, and is progressing day by day. It is a slow process but we are both optimistic.

Rabbi Krohn is extremely motivated and is doing all the therapies and all the exercises that he is being asked to do. He is determined to get back into the game both in speaking and in writing. He has already spoken several times to groups in the rehab, and also recorded speeches in so many venues.

We are confident that all the efforts of the entire Jewish community at large, both here in America and abroad, will reach the desired destination and make a huge difference in his future recovery.

Thank you, thank you from both of us!”

Dec 11: An update from Chananya Kramer, son-in-law of R’ Krohn: “I Can Just Hear His Voice In My Ears”

I can just hear his voice in my ears: ‘Unbelievable, how thousands of yidden are davening for another yid, just because he’s a fellow yid!’

Even though this picture was just taken this month, somehow it feels like an eternity ago. Time moves weirdly these days. I just really wanted to take a moment to publicly express my hakaras hatov for the thousands of people who have reached out, who have been saying tehillim, and who have been keeping my father-in-law in mind in your tefillos.

The whole Krohn family (including my in-laws) have been seeing the tehillim, the parnas hayoms, the mitzvos being done, the letters, the messages, the tefillos… and it is all giving them tremendous chizuk. And is undoubtedly making a tremendous difference.

So from the bottom of our hearts, we thank you, and we beg you to continue davening for pesach yosef b-n hinda. IyH he should have a refuah sheleima to continue inspiring klal yisroel.

Because Klal Yisroel needs him.

We need him.

Dec 8: An Update from Rabbi Paysach Krohn’s Family:

“We are humbled and grateful by the outpouring of Tefillos from around the world. It is such a chizuk for our whole family.

We would like to thank the members of Hatzalah of Waterbury who were present at the Agudah convention. With their quick response, they were able to deal immediately with the situation so that Rabbi Krohn was able to receive the care needed. All of your tefillos have stormed the Shaarei Shamayim.

He is now stable and fully aware of what transpired. Rabbi Krohn is out of the ICU and the situation is still serious, but stable.

He is slowly improving and we hope that he will iyH be transferred to an acute rehab center in the next few days. We are hopeful that he will have a complete recovery so that he once again can be mechazek so many in Klal Yisroel.

Please keep davening for Paysach Yosef Ben Hinda.”

Besuros Tovos!

Update: B’Chasdei Hashem, we were informed overnight that Rabbi Krohn began finally talking overnight which is a significant milestone and a true miracle.

This information was given over by family members and we hope to share more Besuros Tovos.

Please continue to Daven for Paysach Yosef ben Hinda

Dec 7: Rabbi Paysach Krohn suffered a stroke over Shabbos at the Agudah Convention and is in need of tefillos.

Please join in davening for a complete and swift refuah sheleimah for Paysach Yosef ben Hinda, a cherished voice in Klal Yisroel.

May we hear Besuros Tovos.

  1. B”H! I’m so elated to hear about the Rav’s successful road to a complete recovery. I want to share a story. I was attending a Bris where the Rabbi was officiating. Afterwards I approached the Rabbi and told him that he was the reason for me looking forward to Tisha B’Av. He was momentarily startled to hear this. I explained, it was because it’s the only opportunity I have to hear him speak. We both had a good chuckle. 👍 Refuah Sheleima HaRav Pesach Yosef Ben Hinda.
