Smotrich Urges Netanyahu to Escalate Gaza Offensive if EVERY Hostage Isn’t Freed on Saturday

Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich has called on Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to “open the gates of hell” on Gaza if all hostages are not released by Saturday, echoing former U.S. President Donald Trump’s ultimatum to Hamas.

Trump has made it clear that all captives must be freed by Saturday at noon, or, in his words, “all hell should break loose.” However, Netanyahu’s stance has been less explicit, with conflicting reports suggesting he is negotiating for the release of either three or nine hostages instead of demanding the release of all.

In his statement, Netanyahu confirmed he ordered the IDF to amass forces in and around Gaza and vowed that if Hamas fails to return the hostages by Saturday noon, the ceasefire will end, and Israel will resume intense military action “until Hamas is finally defeated.” However, he did not specify whether his demand includes the release of all hostages.

Former Minister Itamar Ben Gvir has also shared the same feeling: “President of the USA: If Hamas does not release *all* the hostages by Saturday, hell on Gaza.

Government of Israel: If *3* hostages are not returned by Saturday, “we will prepare for every scenario”.

This is simply a disgrace. President Trump is giving the government the green light to rain fire and hell on Gaza if all our hostages are not released, and the government prefers to continue down the reckless path.”

May we hear Besuros Tovos!
