The office of the Israeli Prime Minister has announced that Hamas, via Qatar and Egypt, has provided the names of three hostages set to be released tomorrow:
– Alexander (Sasha) Trufanov, 29
– Sagi Dekel-Chen, 36 (American-Israeli, father of 3, has not yet met his baby daughter)
– Yair Horn, 46 (Argentinian-Israeli)
Sasha Trufanov was kidnapped with his mother, grandmother, and girlfriend, all of whom were released in November 2023. Yair Horn was taken with his brother Eitan, who is not part of tomorrow’s release.
Additionally, Israel will release 369 terrorists in the largest wave since the start of the deal. Tomorrow, 36 life-sentenced terrorists and 333 detainees arrested after October 7 will be returned to Gaza. Others will be deported to Gaza or abroad via Egypt, with 10 heading to Judea & Samaria, 1 to East Jerusalem, and 25 life prisoners being deported.
