Last week, a few of our local organizations made a huge kiddush Hashem by providing lunch to the NYPD 101st Precinct in Far Rockaway to show Hakaras Hatov. Hatzalah, RNSP, JCCRP and Achiezer took turns providing lavish lunches to the Precinct between Dec 25th-Jan 1st, when many were working overtime during the holidays.
The project was spearheaded by Menashe Friedman, the Police liason to Hatzalah. “We just really wanted to say thank you to our men and women in blue, who give it their all everyday to keep our community safe“, said Moshe Brandsdorfer, Executive Director of the JCCRP.
