Following thursdays horrific terror attack in Elad, Rabonim of the Stoliner Kehila in Eretz Yisroel urged all gun owners to carry their guns on them, amid the ongoing security situation.
Rabbanim in the Stoliner kehilla are also allowing music on sefira this year if needed to keep spirits up, even live music if needed.
