R’ Joey Rosenfeld: Discovering Inner Calm Amidst Chaos / Embracing Menucha & Serenity

0

After years of being the Director of Spirituality of a substance abuse rehab center, Rabbi Joey Rosenfeld is now running his own private practice as a psychotherapist where he mainly sees clients struggling with anxiety, the spectrum of addiction and mindfulness.

His main interest is the interface between psychology, philosophy, and spirituality. A frequent lecturer on Kabbalistic psychology, chassidus, and Jewish spirituality, he attempts to graft together disparate threads of thought, creating a new constellation of thinkers from various disciplines.

With a primary focus on addiction, Rabbi Joey attempts to uncover philosophical themes underlying the addictive phenomenon in all facets. He is the author of an introduction to the Torah of R’ Yitzchak Meir Morgernstern shlit”a and other works as well as being the Mashpia of The Light Revealed, a project of The Living Room, a recovery program in New York. Rabbi Joey lives in Eretz Yisroel with his wife and their children.
