A video shared with 5TC by a friend who lives in Beit Shemesh, shows Jews in Beit Shemesh running for cover as sirens sound off, warning of incoming rockets. Islamic Jihad militants reportedly launched the rockets in Gaza targeting Israel.
The footage, which has since gone viral, shows people of all ages, including children, running to shelter as the siren wails in the background. The panicked residents, some with strollers and children in tow, scramble to reach the safety of the underground shelter.

This is just one of many instances where the people of Israel have been forced to take cover due to the indiscriminate rocket fire from militants in Gaza. While Israel has the Iron Dome missile defense system to intercept and destroy incoming rockets, the system is not perfect, and some still manage to get through.
