The IDF announced the death of Sgt. First Class Yonatan Chatzor, HY”D, 22, from Katzir, a soldier in the Air Force’s Shaldag unit. He was killed in a battle in the northern Gaza Strip.
The IDF also announced the death of Major (res.) Yaacov Ozeri HY”D, 28, from Kfar Shamai, a soldier in the 52nd Battalion, 401st Brigade, was killed while fighting in the Gaza Strip.
Lastly, the IDF announced the death of Sergeant Noam Yosef Abou, HY”D, 20, from Dimona, a soldier in the Nachal Brigades 931 Battalion, killed today in battle in the northern Gaza Strip.
Their deaths bring the total number of IDF soldiers killed R”L in the Gaza war to 34 and 350 since the October 7th massacre.
Additionally, the IDF announced that 3 soldiers were seriously injured last night during fighting in Gaza.

We are losing our precious young men – the unbelievable fact is that these daily tragedies are happening in 2023 – in a sliver of a country surrounded by enemies and a world of neutral, detached, blood thirsty enemies that would pounce on us, Jews, like hyenas upon a calf.
