Tifereth Jerusalem Yeshiva, affectionately known as MTJ, stands as one of the oldest yeshivas established in the early 1900s on the Lower East Side of Manhattan. Reb Moshe Feinstein ZT”L served as the Rosh Yeshiva from 1936 until his passing in 1986.
On Wedesday, pro-Palestinian vandals defaced the yeshiva with antisemitic slogans.
Reb Moshe was universally loved and revered by all who had the privilege of knowing him even the non-Jews.
This reprehensible act of vandalism is deeply disturbing.
