Heavy rain caused flash flooding in various parts of London on Monday afternoon, leaving streets underwater and cars submerged. A Chabad Yeshiva, located on Kingsley Way was heavily affected by the floods, with nearly two feet of water covering the floors, forcing the electricity to be shut, and the bochurim to evacuate together with the Sifrei Torah and Tefillin.
