Senator Schumer visited Kiryas Yoel Sunday, and met with the Satmar Rebbe at his residence.
In attendance was Mayor Abe Wieder and the Town/Village leadership, Village Administrator Gedalye Szegedin, coordinated by Activist Ezra Friedlander.
Schumer also was hosted for a gourmet lunch in Kiryas Yoel with Village Administrator Gedalye Szegedin who emphasized the growth and focus needed for the community.
