New Hamas Video Shows Signs of Life from Hostages

Hamas released a new propaganda video showing signs of life from hostages Keith Siegel, 64, and Omri Miran, 46. In the three-minute-long video, Siegel and Miran identify themselves and express hope for a potential hostage deal that would secure their release. Miran mentions he has been held captive for 202 days, while Siegel refers to the Pesach, indicating the video was filmed recently. Siegel, a US citizen, was taken captive along with his wife from their home in Kibbutz Kfar Aza on October 7. His wife, Aviva Siegel, was later released in a November deal. Miran was captured by Hamas terrorists from Kibbutz Nir Oz during the onslaught.

After Hamas released the video showing life of Keith Siegel for the first time in 204 days of captivity, his family – including his wife Aviva, who was held captive by Hamas for 51 days before being released, and their two daughters Ilan and Shir – made the following statement:

Ilan Siegel: “Seeing my father today only emphasizes to all of us how much we must reach a deal as soon as possible and bring everyone home. I demand that the leaders of this country watch this video and see their father crying out for help.”

Shir Siegel: “If you watched the video, you saw that my father knows we are all coming to the rally every week and fighting for him and all the captives. Thank you for being with us. We will not stop fighting together.”

Aviva Siegel: “Keith, I love you, we will fight until you return”.

Emergency Discussion Over Possible ICC Arrest Warrants

The Israeli government has called an emergency discussion over concerns that the International Criminal Court (ICC) could be preparing to issue arrest warrants for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and other Israeli leaders. Three ministers and several government legal experts met at the Prime Minister’s Office to discuss how to manage potential arrest warrants after receiving information suggesting that such orders could be issued imminently.
