Fourth Squad Detectives are investigating a suspicious incident that occurred on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at 3:05 p.m. in Oceanside.
According to Detectives, a male, 11, while walking home from school on Oceanside Road in the vicinity of Arrow Street, was approached by an unknown male driving a light-colored SUV. The subject claimed he was sent by the child’s mother to pick him up. The child refused to comply and called his mom regarding the incident. The Police were notified.
The subject is described as a male white in his 20’s. He was wearing a black baseball hat.
The investigation is ongoing.
