In anticipation of the pending snow storm, the Village urges you to please note the following:
- In order to facilitate “curb to curb” snow removal, please keep all vehicles in driveways and off the road
- To eliminate snow being plowed back into driveway aprons, please pile snow to the right of driveway (when facing the street from the house)
- Please do not shovel snow onto the roadway
- To report an outage or downed wire call PSEG Long Island’s 24-hour Electric Service number: 800-490-0075 or visit the PSEG website for other contact methods. You can also view outage information by going to the PSEG website
- Report any outage or downed wire to PSEG at 800-490-0075 or download the PSEG Mobile App
- You may also report and receive status updates by texting OUT to PSEGLI (773454) or online at www.psegliny.com/outages
- In case of emergency dial 911
- Please feel free to call Village Hall at 516-551-1173 regarding down trees or road debris
- We urge all residents to use caution as our DPW plows and salts in the continuing effort to keep our roads and highways clear for the benefit of all
