The Fourth Squad reports the arrest of three individuals on Monday, February 22, 2022 at 1:45pm in Hempstead.
On January 5, 8, 10, 19, 22, 31, 2022 the defendants removed merchandise valued at approximately $8,200 US currency from Marshall’s located at 345 Rockaway Turnpike, N. Lawrence, On February 21, 2022 the above three defendants removed merchandise valued at approximately $2,028 US currency from Marshall’s located at 600 Hempstead Turnpike, Elmont.
According to Detectives, while investigating multiple larcenies, Detectives observed the suspect vehicle, a gray colored 2002 Nissan Maxima, traveling eastbound on Fulton Street at Cathedral Avenue, Detectives conducted a Vehicle and Traffic Law Stop and observed the suspects inside the vehicle. Arrested without incident were defendants Rodney Galloway, 53, of Westbury, Michele Brown, 24, of Baldwin and Willie A. White, 55, of Hempstead.
Defendant Rodney Galloway is charged with four counts of Grand Larceny 3rd Degree, Attempted Grand Larceny 4th Degree and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th Degree. Defendant Michele Brown is charged with two counts of Grand Larceny 3rd Degree, Attempted Grand Larceny 4th Degree and Criminal Possession Stolen Property 4th Degree. Defendant Willie A. White is charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th Degree.
