New York is dropping its statewide school mask mandate, Gov. Kathy Hochul says. No mask requirement at P-12 schools starting Wednesday.
She adds however, that individual counties can choose to keep school mask mandate in place, Hochul says. Lifting of mask mandate also applies to childcare facilities.
