Early Sunday morning at 4:30 AM a terrorist (19-year-old from East Jerusalem) approached police officers who were stationed at the Huta Gate in the Old City of Jerusalem, pulled out a knife and stabbed two of them.
Multiple rounds were shot at the terrorist by soldiers nearby and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Thankfully, the officers are expected to survive, listed in light-to-moderate condition. The attack took place in the Muslim Quarter.
