Executive Bruce Blakeman Headed to Albany Today to Repeal Poor Bail Laws

2

Nassau County Executive Bruce Blakeman travelled to Albany today to once again demand a repeal of the current broken bail system.

Blakeman mentioned that his requests for a meeting have previously gone “unanswered”, “I’m coming for you!” said Blakeman.

“I’m headed to Albany today to demand the REPEAL of dangerous bail laws and meet with County Executive’s from around the State. By letter, I requested a meeting with the Senate and Assembly Democratic caucuses to express our public safety concerns. Sadly, my request has gone unanswered thus far. Let’s hope that changes once I arrive. Get ready Albany, I’m coming for you!”

I’m building partnerships today at the New York State Association of Counties meeting in Albany. We’re teaming up to battle bail laws that threaten our safety and high taxes which are crushing New Yorkers.

  1. Blakeman is a clown. How about he does something for us like getting police to watch the shuls, cutting red light ticket fines and the other stuff he promised to get elected instead of the stupid gimmicks like sending guns to the Ukraine
