Hamas terrorists fired 2 rockets from the Gaza Strip into Ashkelon, Israel, late Friday night.
The Iron Dome intercepted the rockets; 2 Israelis were treated by EMS services for anxiety following the attack.
Israel’s Defense Minister Gantz, IDF Chief Kohavi, and others are currently holding an emergency security assessment. The security cabinet will convene at 12:45.
In response Israel has already frozen the planned move to extend the number of Gaza work permits.

IDF says it struck an underground Hamas rocket manufacturing facility in the Gaza Strip, in response to the rocket attacks on southern Israel. In total, 4 rockets were launched from Gaza tonight, 1 was intercepted.
