Assemblyman Ari Brown to Host Free Scam Prevention Seminar September 13

Assemblyman Ari Brown (R-Cedarhurst) announced today that he will be holding a free scam prevention seminar for local residents on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at 1 p.m. at the Long Beach Public Library located at 111 W. Park Avenue in Long Beach. Assemblyman Brown will be joined by an expert from Nassau County Consumer Affairs who will explain the most prevalent scams out there today, what to be aware of, and the step to take if you believe you’ve been the victim of a scam or identity theft.

            “In today’s online and technology age, scammers are continuously developing new, crafty methods to victimize folks on the internet, over the phone, and through social media,” Brown said. “I encourage all local residents to join me at this free informational event to help protect yourself and your loved ones from these cyberattacks.”

  1. The only scam is ari brown promising to fix bail reform and anti semitism and doing nothing about it other than approving the Pearsall Project. I voted for him in the special election but I will never vote for him again.

  2. Will he include a section on how not to be scammed into voting for a lifelong con-man and believing his non-stop lies about election fraud?

  3. Just remember while sitting in five towns traffic that Brown and his Republican crony D’Esposito (how was he a cop??) voted for all of this extra housing and side with the developers not us. They’re corrupt and they pay lip service to anti semitism. What a joke is his “op Ed” in the Jewish home this week!
