Israeli Minister of National Security, Itamar Ben-Gvir, visited the Temple Mount (Har Habyit) Tuesday morning with a heavy security detail. The trip to Temple Mount follows a strong rebuke from security officials that the visit may incite terror attacks and rocket fire from Gaza.
A short time ago Hamas released a statement saying that Ben-Gvir’s visit to Temple Mount is a “continuation of aggression against the holy places of Islam”.
יש ממשלה בירושלים! pic.twitter.com/vgDYBYacJG

Terror factions in Gaza call on the Palestinian Authority to immediately cancel all security coordination with Israel and for the “Palestinian people” to confront the IDF forces throughout Judea and Samaria.
The factions claim that Ben Gvir’s ascent to the Temple Mount is “a dangerous escalation that heralds the beginning of a religious war in the region”.
Several terrorist organizations called for groups to fire rockets into southern Israel at 9 PM.
