Congressman Anthony D’Esposito called out Governor Kathy Hochul’s plan for the state government to seize further control of local zoning from municipalities is wrong.
“Allowing NYS bureaucrats to push through large scale development projects opposed by local zoning boards/community is a terrible move” said D’Esposito.
“NO to HOCHUL. YES to LOCAL.”
