The following security alert was provided to 5TC by RNSP:
“Due to the horrific terror attack in a shul in Neve Ya’akov, Jerusalem, the RNSP is in contact with the NCPD and NYPD, who have both increased patrols throughout our community.
In addition to this, five police officers in Memphis Tennessee have been charged with kidnapping and murder. The body cam footage from the incident is likely to be released later this evening. The NYPD & NCPD is on alert and will have extra officers and patrols throughout the city in the event of protests. The RNSP will remain in constant contact with law enforcement, and we will also have increased patrols throughout shabbos.
Please be extra vigilant. If something does not seem right, it likely isn’t. If you see something, say something. Call 911 and the RNSP’s 24/7 Hotline 516-858-7300.
