Far Rockaway: A few individuals chased a frum boy last night. He ran back to his house unharmed but very shaken up.

Far Rockaway is a frum community surrounded on all sides by a lawless war zone. I hesitate going there even during the day. The Redfern Houses, a public housing project, is down the block from a frum area and is notorious for violent crimes.
