Resident Barry Borgen Confronts Nadler Regarding His Lack of Action Against Josephs’ Attackers

Joseph Borgan, a Lawrence, New York resident, was a victim of an anti-Semitic attack in New York City two years ago. Many well-known attackers physically assaulted him, and the incident was deemed a hate crime. Unfortunately, to date, the perpetrators of the crime continue to walk free on the streets. This has left Joseph and his family frustrated and fearful, as they believe justice has not been served.

Barry Borgen, Joseph’s father, spoke to the House Judiciary Committee field hearing in NYC about his son being a victim of a violent hate crime and called out Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY) for not paying any attention to the case.

Mr. Barry Borgen addressed the committee calling out DA Alvin Bragg for his bail reforms which have made many fearful of entering NYC. He also called out Jerry Nadler and Charles Schumer, his fellow Jews in office, for not returning one of his calls and for doing nothing to push chargers against his sons’ attackers.
