Police Officer Jonathan Diller of the NYPD was a devoted, hard-working and loving husband to his beloved wife Stephanie and father to his beautiful 1 year old son, Ryan.
He was tragically killed in the line of duty by a violent offender in the heart of our neighborhood this past Monday.
He sacrificed his life keeping each of us safe.
Now the Jewish community of the greater Far Rockaway, Bayswater and Five Towns areas are joining together in an unprecedented display of unity ensuring that when Ryan becomes a young adult, he can avail himself of a proper college education, thanks to the generosity of our amazing community.
Whether it is the suggested family donation of $18, or any other amount, we ask each family in our community to be a part of this everlasting effort.
