The IDF reported that three soldiers were killed R”L in rocket attacks by Hamas on Sunday. The rockets were fired from Rafah, targeting a staging ground near Kerem Shalom.
The soldiers killed in the attack are:
– Staff Sgt. Ruben Marc Mordechai Assouline HY”D, 19 years old, from Ra’anana, serving in the Givati Brigade’s Shaked Battalion.
– Staff Sgt. Ido Testa HY”D, 19 years old, from Jerusalem, also serving in the Givati Brigade’s Shaked Battalion.
– Staff Sgt. Tal Shavit HY”D, 21 years old, from Kfar Giladi, serving in the Nahal Brigade’s 931st Battalion.
On Monday morning the IDF announced another fatality in the attack.
The soldier is identified as Sgt. Michael Ruzal HY”D, 18, from Rishon L’Tzion. He served in the Nachal Brigade’s 931st Battalion.
Additionally, 10 other soldiers were wounded in the rocket attack, with one remaining in serious condition.
