Dear Residents:

While we remain vigilant, the Village is happy to announce the implementation of Phase II to reinvigorate our economy and restore our quality of of life. Toward that end, please note:

  • Outdoor dining will commence Wednesday, June 10 with restrictions (outdoor tables must be spaced 6 feet apart, all staff must wear face covering, all customers must wear face covering when not seated and pedestrian traffic may not be impeded.) At this time, no indoor dining is allowed but takeout and pickup remains permitted.
  • Residential and Commercial construction may resume with appropriate Village permits.
  • As per the Governor’s Orders, non-essential social gatherings remain limited to no more than ten (10) participants. As per the Governor’s Orders, the number of participants for religious worship is limited to twenty-five (25) percent of existing indoor capacity.
  • Barber shops and Hair salons are open subject to Heath Department regulations and retail stores are available subject to the Governor’s Orders, noting that in all instances, masks and social distancing are still required.
  • Parking Enforcement and Meters at all lots and streets will resume and go into effect Wednesday, June 17 at 9:00am.
  • Village Hall, which has been fully operational during COVID-19, will be open to the public (mask required plus social distancing) effective Monday, June 15.
Further information will be provided as the overall situation develops. We are pleased that things are relaxing, though again, we must be careful to maintain social distance, wear a mask and be careful.Very truly yours,
