The Nassau County Police Department has announced the creation of a new Community Affairs Unit entitled, the G.R.E.A.T. (Gang Resistance Education and Training) Program. A part of the Community Affairs division, these bike-riding officers will provide additional protection and supervision to all areas of the County including the Five Towns.
