According to detectives, police responded to Burlington Coat Factory located at 345 Rockaway Turnpike, for a larceny that had occurred. While on scene, officers were taking a report for the larceny when Yance Folk, 49, of 14101 255 Street, Rosedale, walked passed them with two duffle bags filled with store merchandise. Folk then passed all points of purchase, making no attempt to pay for the items. 1. You are wrong and clearly don’t know the law.

    Bail was set at 30,000.

The assault charge is bail-eligible. Bail reform predominately only applies to low level crimes.

This has nothing to do with Todd Kaminsky.
