Assaf Perl, a senior at DRS of Woodmere, was invited to sing the national anthem at the Westchester Knicks Home game last night.
Moshe Bennett, a close friend of Assaf, works with the franchise. Bennett was able to make the connection.
A small number of close friends were invited to the sidelines of an overall empty arena due to current COVID-19 regulations. They watched and cheered after the spectacular performance.
