Jerusalem residents woke up Thursday morning to a winter wonderland after a rare storm. The capital saw around 20 centimeters of snow settle, delighting adults and children alike.
However, for a Chosson & Kallah celebrating their wedding, the white snow blocking them from leaving the hall was anything but delightful.
With 250 snow plows deployed and nearly 150 tons of salt spread over roads, Israel was just not equipped to handle such a snow storm.
After contemplating what to do, United Hatzalah was immediately called to save the day. A pair of Hatalah members were on scene in no time and got the newlyweds home safely! Mazal Tov!
