It is with tremendous sadness that 5TC reports the sudden petirah of Hagaon Rav Shmuel Yehuda Levin zt”l, Rosh yeshiva of Telshe Yeshiva in Chicago.
The Rosh Yeshiva ZT”L passed away suddenly after suffering a massive heart attack soon after Shabbos. He was 63.
Rav Levin had taken over as Rosh Yeshiva upon the petirah of his illustrious father, Harav Avraham Chaim Levin, zt”l, who was niftar on November 28, 2018.
The levayah will be held Sunday morning at 10 AM, from the Telshe yeshivah in Chicago.
Kevurah will take place in Eretz Yisrael.
