Update: According to reports, armed gunmen opened fire at IDF and Israel Border Police forces, who responded with live fire during the counterterrorism activity in the Jenin Camp. Multiple hot spots were identified.
A loitering munition—operated by the IDF units on the ground—struck a number of additional assailants, who endangered the forces.
During the forces’ exit, an IED exploded under an IDF vehicle, and security forces operated to extract the vehicle. Gunmen fired at forces; those locations were also identified, and the IDF responded in kind.

A large brigade of Israeli troops are currently operating in the Jenin camp.
The IDF is working to disrupt communication and internet in the area. In addition, shoulder-launched rockets are being used to hit a house under siege. The IDF also confirmed that a “MAOZ Drone” was also used against the terrorists.
According to PA local reports, 3 prople have been pronounced dead and 10 wounded. Heavy clashes were reported with footage that can be seen below showing exchanges of gunfire.
